kissmethroughthebone:

I am high end.

I am elegant.

I am special.

I am so much unlike the others that there is no such thing as comparing me to anyone else.

I am loved.

I am artwork.

I am pleasing; to myself, and to others. But always myself. First and foremost. I never have to work hard to please others, since my natural energy draws them to want to please me first, and never the other way around.

But I am naturally caring, beautiful, and thoughtful. So I love to help with ease.

My value is seen and recognized so easily.

I am so blessed and abundant, always. God bless and amen. Thank you!

loveletters2myself:

my only desire is to live a simple life. i want to keep my house clean and neat. i want to fuel my body with nutritious whole foods. spend my weekend mornings baking. i want to take care of my body, skin, and hair. i want to tend to my garden with herbs, vegetables and flowers. i want to read and write. raise my babies with pure love and care. be deeply in love with my soulmate. all i need/want is peace, good health and happiness.

lux-life-style:

For every new habit you want to implement but struggle to … the question I’m always asking myself is „Discipline or Regret?“

Goals we set for ourselves, dreams we want to achieve… levelling up and improving is an easy equation: consistency + discipline = success

So the next time you’re struggling reflect on your goals and remind yourself how far you can get when you chose discipline. 👑

A reminder for my ladies: EVERYTHING TAKES TIME. YEARS. So start right now with the little that you have and stay consistent. Drink a glass of water instead of soda this time. Do one workout. Take a walk. Take up a class. Read a book. Start the treatment. Learn that language. And try that EVERY SINGLE DAY. A little bit every day, but I tell you something, you will see the results in YEARS. Yes, you will get that degree AFTER A FEW YEARS. Yes, your hair will grow long, AFTER A FEW YEARS. Yes, you will be in shape, you will become who you want, you will heal, you will speak that language fluently AFTER A FEW YEARS.

Just keep doing what you’re doing and don’t give up. Ok? Ok. Love you, bye bye 💌

I always tell myself I’m one meditation, shower, sleep, visualization away from my dream life. visualization is the most powerful manifestation tool ever I cannot stress this enough. the more you visualize the more real it feels! just keep doing it every day. visualize in the shower, visualize before bed, when you wake up, when you’re sitting on a bus just do it every chance you get. the more you do it the more you will see.

I see myself as an important diplomat, as a brand to protect and represent properly. Every single time I leave my house I’m not just representing myself, I’m representing my family name, I’m representing my country of origin, my religion, my values. When you level up it gets to a point where it isn’t just about you, it’s about raising high the titles you have been given, or earned.

2pretty:

You shouldn’t be trying to level up to get a man, ever. Do things bc it makes you a well-adjusted, fully functioning, competent, well put together adult. Not bc you think it will make you more attractive to other people. Take others out the equation and focus on being your peak self. You can do things and also enjoy the rewards from others, but it should not be your primary motivator. What if after all that work and money spent you still don’t get the guy? What, you’re gonna think it was a waste, “didn’t work”, and just quit improving yourself? Yes you will. I see it allllll the time. “I lost 20lbs and I still don’t get hit on ☹️ should I give up on my fitness journey?” Sad.
